Subdivine formed in London in 2003, when singer/songwriter Justus de Jager and guitarist Paolo Kralj met in Shoreditch through mutual friends and bonded over a shared love of energetic, melodic rock (influences from Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead, Muse, Coldplay) which has shaped their sound and drawn comparison to Bush, Feeder, Nirvana, and Silverchair among others.
